1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, used tea bags, or any item not in its original condition cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
